Absolutely amazing service. I applied for my unabridged birth certificate a number of years ago from Home Affairs but I did not have any of my fathers information. Anne is an absolute miracle worker in my view, specially in these Covid times. After having applied for an unabridged birth certificate and hearing nothing for ages, Anne was recommended to me to chase it up.
She quickly discovered that although I had paid and had a receipt, there was no record of my application in the Home Affairs system. She then reapplied on my behalf, I received the birth certificate and sent it back to Anne who had it Apostilled for me at DIRCO in Pretoria. She then went the extra mile and took it to the Austrian Embassy for me.
What incredible service, rare in these times, I cannot recommend Anne highly enough.
